discovered authors. We served as part of
the team that incubated Suspense Magazine and assisted in refining and
documenting its business plan.
Women’s Peace
Collection supports women in regions of conflict
and post-conflict as mothers, peace builders, entrepreneurs and skilled
artisans. We advised the company in
connection with its corporate development strategy.
Ekco Group, Inc. (acquired by World Kitchen, Inc.) was a leading consumer
products manufacturer and marketer. We
served as financial advisor in connection with the private placement of senior
notes, assisted the company with several acquisitions and advised the company’s
strategic planning committee, among other assignments.
Cultured Containers has
developed the Banana Bunker®, to protect this delicate fruit
from bruising when placed in a backpack, nap sack, soft carrying case or
briefcase. We advised the company on
various strategic financial matters.

publishing, printing and distribution of college coursepacks. We advised the company on various strategic
