designed to protect copyrights and trademarks.
We served as financial advisor to Official Software and advised the
company and its shareholders in connection with the acquisition of the company

large electric utility and other investors) provided advanced software for

complicated capital structure, in a $5 million private placement of common
stock and later advised the company’s board of directors in connection with the
successful sale of substantially all of the company’s assets.
Campagne Associates (acquired by Blackbaud Inc.) provided fundraising
software to more than 3,000 non-profit clients in North America. We assisted the company in developing and
maintaining relationships with bank and other lenders.

proprietary, anti-fraud check processing systems. We assisted the company in developing and

with the sale of substantially all of the company’s assets to its founder.
